Looking at the meaning of drawing

In order for us to draw, It is essential for us to see. and to show what we see, we draw.
Drawing is endless, the ways and methods in which we can capture our intensions will never stop varying, and it's up to us to see beyond the norm and try something new.
This project has been centered around drawing and it's meaning. I have been pushing the boundaries and seeing how far I can stretch the meaning of drawing.
I need to stray away from being overly literal in my drawings, the large scale drawing was not that of just a child or a face, it was a goldmine of various gestures and mark-making.
Drawing has been a form of expression since the beginning of man, and I wish to demonstrate the development of drawing from hand paintings, to ink, to digital drawing.
My large scale drawing is a grid of sections drawn on separate pages. each drawing alone is it's own style of art and when seen together they make a recognisable picture.
I wish to study the individual pages which each hold their own meaning when isolated, and appear abstract- yet when combined they make a face.
